The architect confirmed that the plans have cost only 3000 LE. That translates into about 400 Euros. Mr. Mashahit has thus calculated also € 2.600 too much.

 

Because Mr. Mashahit and Mrs. Moll were of the opinion that we have significant debt from you, we could make an opinion on the construction work.

 

The report was written in January 2009 by a court-recognized expert. The experts confirmed that there would be construction work worth LE 209,909, which was in the year 2005 to 2011 the equivalent of about € 30,000.

 

The expert asked Mr. Mashahit where the remaining € 25,000 were used. Mr. Mashahit replied that he was one day before the move to report much building material. Which was stolen. The assessor was laughing because it was a lie, of course.
